Mentorship
Mentorship is the process for the transmission of knowledge, social capital and the psych social support perserved by the recipient as relevant to work carrier or professional development.
a mentor is an experienced person who direct a less experienced person.
mentorship is required in every field of life. a mentor tells you what to do , how to do , and when to do. there is no wise ness in falling into the same ditch some other person has fallen into. and so therefore a mentor acts as a steeping stone. they tell you where they tried and failed, they show you the shortest possible way to become successful without experiencing the falls they encountered on their way to the top.
Mentorship cannot be over emphasized, virtually all great men ones had a mentor. some one they could look up to, someone that coached and encouraged them. it is really an important issue in the attainment of success, some get tired when they feel they have done their best. but a mentor is always their and he says '' common James you are stronger and tougher than you think''.
'' come on Alice you are stronger than you can ever imagined. falling is not the end of the road, it is only a bend on the road.
''Falling does not mean failing, failing is taking vacation on the lower ground''. a mentor act as an encourager, acts like a guide, is a compass, a pivot, a teacher, an energizer.
a mentor is more than a teacher in the sense that a biology teacher dont simply mean he or she is a biologist.
an Agric science teacher doesn't mean he is a farmer. but the case of mentor is the direct opposite.
a mentor is experienced in that field. they tell you what to do, how to do, and when to do. a teacher only tells you what to do but not when and how to do. they simply say you have to figure out that yourself. in the case of mentor An Agric teacher is a farmer, A Biology teacher is a biologist, A physis teacher is a Physician.
Who is your Mentor?
are they those that would send you off your burning desire for success, or they are those who would tell you fight on Boy.
are they those that would say don't take achievement so serious or they are the ones who would watch and work hand in hand with you all night till you succeed.
you must be attached to someone who has been there before you. it makes the process a lot easier than doing it on your own.
You can succeed if you hold on a little longer, fight on a little stronger, and keep on a little harder.
