Life Experience. Everything begins in our b-e-a-utiful, powerful minds. I was not always flexible (the opposite from long distance running and from being a PT and fitness instru ctor) and never imagined I'd be easily able to balance on my head or do drop backs but whatever I set my mind to I achieve. When we learn how to control our own minds we can be, do, have and feel whatever we choose. Prove it for yourself and you'll play games to prove it again and again and again! ~Marianne
