''tears, blood, sweat, saliva are all liquid, this is to prove to you how important water can be to our well being. if you do not take water frequently it could lead to dehydration which is noticed in the skin. your skin begins to shrink and looks rumpled. in take of water as portrayed by most individual should be taken when you are thirsty that is wrong water should be taken at all times whether you feel the urge to do so or not. sometimes you need to give your body what it needs not necessarily because you feel like. do you know you could be dehydrated without feeling tasty? the body works quite different from the way we feel, you could be dehydrated even without knowing so take as much as 6 gallon of water each day. at this point let us clarify the importance of water in a numbered format so you grasp how important it is in our lives.

Fruit according to medical research can help increase life span and can also make you look much younger than you are. who do not ant to look young of course everyone wants to. fruit are generally cheap just in case someone out there might say i do not have the money. you can get good fruit for less than a dollar. the problem is we do not take it as something important in our lives and that's just it. fruits like cucumber, carrot, water Mellon are highly cherished by the body because they make the body function properly.
6. ALWAYS WALK WITH A PEN AND A BOOK :
Ideas do not ring a bell before they come, they usually come when you list expect. most individual have killed big dreams that would have change their live, earned them big income and probably win them admiration because they never wrote it down. never lack writing materials close to you. have you noticed that when ideas first flash into you memory, at the instant you are motivated and it is in that motivation that finest of ideas are being manufactured and when you do not write it down gradually motivation fades until the idea becomes unimportant to you. 8. SET REALISTIC GOALS:
What do i want, when do i want to achieve it and how: start right away, step by step until you realis. if you do not set goals its most likely you wuld not amout to anythng in life. dont ust be a talk talk knid of person be tha action kind after you have set goals.
9. BE HAPPY :
Those days a song said, ''don't worry be happy'' even when your landlord says its time to your rent and you do not have money. be happy as you plan to provide the money, do not get angry or feel sad remember happiness is not fully dependent on the circumstance around but by the circumstance you place your mind to. happiness is created not necessarily environmentally influenced. be happy though in a difficult situation its not easy and work on solving those problems.
