Weight Loss Formula
When we talk about weight Loss. its not generally what people think it is. the human body is very, very complex and we must understand its complexity. i.e in respect to the food for weight gain, the food for weight loss, the perfect exercise for the perfect body shape.                                                      in comparison with the outer part of the body with the inner, its logical to say what happens inside the body is more paramount than what happens outside.
there is more to this than you can imagine, it entails that you do not need to struggle much to gain that perfect body shape you want. for you to maintain the ideal body shape, you need all the qualities like in any other field of life. courage, persistence, determination and so on. you have to do a lot of work to get there. it doesn't just simply come at the basis of luck.
at this point let me share a personal experience.

I wanted to look bulky, so back then i thought to myself what can i do to achieve the kind of perfect body weight i want.  then i started with Push Ups. i ran this for several couple of months without noticing any change whatsoever until people out there began to tell me '' Do you do weight Lifting''? i was astonished, the kind of body shape i anticipated is now coming into reality. this comments from people made me do more of the stuff though it was very inconveniencing. i went on and on until i began to feel a sense of achievement.
Before i started this Push Ups i never had imagined that the change was going to occur so fast. it came faster than imagined and on the basis of persistence and continuity.
this same applies in Weight Loss. we have to do a lot of healing in our body system particularly from the inside.
by tending to our gut, hormones and blood sugar balance we can eliminate obstacles that stands as a road block to achieving the perfect body shape we want.

There are Three major ways to Loose Weight.

1. Exercise :
 just as what had been said earlier, you can reduce your weight by indulging in regulary daily exercise. you must place emphasis on daily exercise. not the on today and off tommorow kind of exercise and that is where persistence come in play. you dont just loose weight overnight, it comes with daily concious effort.
Exercise doesnt rarely place you in any category, you can just do what you love doing in as much as it is an exercise . this may include taking  long walk, Jogging, Light weight Lifting, Push Ups and so on. all this help to burn fat and sugar from the body system.

2. Dieting :
 Dieting is another effective way of getting started with weight loss. for you to loose weight you must cut down the intake of starch and fatty food.
fatty food is difficult to digest in the body because of the presence of  much cholesterol which is really dangerous to the body system. excess of cholesterol in the body can block the hearth thus cauing hearth failure which mightb result to a loss of life.
carbohydrate food includes majorly tuber crops and so you must reduce it in take if you want to see result.

3. Skipping Meals:
 to reduce weight learn to skip meals ones in a while, whenever you eat the mass of your body increases and this makes it more likely for a weight increase to occur. at times skip meal. it wont kill you, just for sometime to ensure you don't become over weighed.                                                     Friends if this was helpful please do comment and share.
