1. VISION;                                                                                                                                                    You need to keep your eyes where you are going not where you have been. If the dream is big enough the problem don’t matter. So you got to have a dream. ‘’without a vision the people perish’’.                                     
 Addressing the graduating student at Harvard Mr. Zuckerberg said ‘’this is my story too. A student in a dorm room, connecting one community at a time and keeping it until one day we connect the world’’. You must have a vision if you must succeed.                                                     

2. DECISION ;                                                                                                                                             
 Decision is gotten from the Greek word to cut. when you make an incision  you cut in, and when you make a decision you cut out. You need to learn to cut out those negative things around you. Some will say you cannot do it because you are too old. Age has nothing to do with success.                                                                                             

3. ACTION:                                                                                                                                              Vision without an action is an illusion, and action without a vision is confusion’’. The reason people don’t take action is fear. Decision comes with an impelling force, this force opens up close doors and makes the challenges and obstacle surmountable.                                                         
This is my experience too after writing a book:  the birth of this book was near a miracle. Long before my devotion to writing, I had this strong desire to influence the world positively from my own point of rest, but I felt it was tedious and since it was going to take a lot of time and sacrifice I kept on postponing. The thought came again ‘’why don’t you give a proper documentation of your views about life, I think this might help a great deal of people’’. This time I rushed into my room, grabbed a biro and a book. Not knowing where to start and how to start I began to draw through imagination how the context of the book would look like. And because I made up my mind that I must begin (action) as if by a stroke of an unknown but positive instigation I found myself writing as though I had everything in mind.  New ideas flashed into my memory like thunder bolt until I was completely lost in writing.                         
 Could this be the secret to great novels?                                                                                     
World class movies?                                                                                       
 Killer App?                                                                                             
 Fascinating automobiles?                                                                           
 Best selling music?                                                                                                                                     Well all I can gather say’s yes, Then I came to the conclusion ‘’Action is the engine that drives to greatness’’. If you imbibe the character of prompt action you can achieve whatsoever you want. There are uncountable ideas in the planet today. Ideas capable of grooming heroes, business magnate, legend. ideas capable of changing your course of destiny to the best you can ever imagine. But action has deprived people from achieving this. The average individual generates good ideas but only few take action. you must take action because ideas on its own is inanimate, but with action  it becomes animate. Ideas do not come out fully formed, they become clear as you work on them. Looking from a distance I can envisage how far I have sailed from the ocean of dead hope to the ocean of living hope. When you don’t take action hope is deferred. Until you begin action in your lives, hope will always be denied.
There was this final year student who saw project as a nightmare, he wouldn’t act because right deep he lacked ideas. Each time he was asked ‘’how’s the project going’’ he responded ‘’ I have not began, I don’t know where to start from’’ just passing by when I heard this words and joined in their conversation, knowing where he was driving to I started ‘’I do not know your field of study. well it’s insignificant, but what I do know is action produces ideas, you lack idea isn’t it?’’ and he nodded the yes signal with a surprise look which suggested how did you know that? Looking him straight into the eye continued ‘’no one does when they begin, if you just sit and say you do not know where to start am afraid you wouldn’t do anything for eternity’’. Now he was more interested in hearing more. ‘’ then what do you suggest?’’ just take action.                                                                                      A month later I got a phone call from this guy who told me everything went fine just as I had suggested.

4. DESIRE:                                                                                                                                                    Desire is a strong want for something. It is like fire locked up in the bone. The level of desire most at times determines your success quota. If you desire success as much as air then it is most likely you will become successful.
