Everything begins in our b-e-a-utiful, powerful minds. I was not always flexible (the opposite from long distance running and from being a PT and fitness instructor) and never imagined I'd be easily able to balance on my head or do drop backs but whatever I set my mind to I achieve.
When we learn how to control our own minds we can be, do, have and feel whatever we choose.
